Terms & Conditions: All prices are including 25% VAT.
 
Terms: The following conditions apply for all trade at _Fjeldborg Design, unless there is a written agreement between buyer and seller.
 
Prices: The listed prices are subject to changes at anytime.  Because of customs, currency, taxes and other unforeseen events.
 
Ordering: There is no one else who sees or stores information about you. The order shipped when the money is recorded on _Fjeldborg Design's account.
 
Shipping and Delivery Cost: Shipping cost are subjected to change, due to unforeseen additional events. Please allow up to two weeks before receiving your product. This is due to that our product are assembled by hand.
  
Transport Damage: If, following receipt of the goods ordered, an deficiencies and/or damage in electricity has happened. You must promptly upon receiving your product, inform Fjeldborg Design, so a new shipment or credit can happen.
 
Complaints: Immediately upon receipt of goods is the customer's own responsibility to check that these are consistent with those described in the invoice items and number. If there should be discrepancies _Fjeldborg Design should be contacted immediately.
Complaints must be done within 8 days from receipt of the goods.

Seller is not liable for any direct or indirect losses due to the ordered goods arrive late to the buyer or the goods ordered are defective when delays or deficiencies due to his act or omission or circumstances which are beyond Fjeldborg Design’s control, such as war, riot, civil commotion, fire, state interference, confiscation, currency restrictions, labor disputes of any kind including strike and lockouts, or similar.
 
Regarding the use of our products, Candleholders; 5`eren and 9`eren. Always keep a burning candle within sight. Extinguish all candles when leaving a room or before going to sleep. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Keep burning candles away from furniture, drapes, bedding, carpets, books, paper, flammable decorations, etc.
Extinguish the candle before it burns all the wax.
_Fjeldborg Design and FA Andreas will not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our products. Purchasing our products signifies that you accept this statement, and release us from all liability.
All our products are protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced in any manner, or for any purpose, except by written permission of copyright holder.
